Locked out of your Hubpay account? Don't worry, it happens to the best of us. Luckily, unlocking it is a quick and easy process. Just follow these simple steps:
First, open the Hubpay app and click on the "Forgot Password" link. From there, enter your registered mobile number or email address associated with your account. You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number or email address. Once you have entered the OTP on the app, create a new passcode and confirm it. With these steps completed, you should be able to access your account again in no time.
Of course, prevention is the best cure. To avoid being locked out in the first place, remember to:
- Ensure that you only have 1 active Hubpay account. Registering multiple mobile numbers under the same Emirates ID is not allowed and it is against our terms and conditions.
- Avoid sharing your credentials with someone else.
- Link your own bank account on the Hubpay app. Sharing or using someone else's bank account is strictly prohibited.
