Top up using your Debit Card
You can now use your debit card to add funds to your Hubpay wallet. Simply select the debit card option from the top-up method and add a new card. Enter your card details, including the cardholder name, card number, expiry date, and CVV of your card, which is usually located on the back. You can also choose to save the card for future use to avoid re-entering your card details.
After confirming your top-up, you will be redirected to an authentication screen where you must enter the OTP generated by your bank to complete the transaction. Once the payment is complete, the funds should reflect in your Hubpay wallet instantly. Please note that a fee of 2.20% including VAT will be applied to cover handling fees, and you can view a breakdown of the cost on the review top-up page.

Top up using a Salary Card
If you have a salary card issued by your company, such as C3, Ratibi, and others, you can use it to add funds to your Hubpay wallet. Ensure that your card is enabled for online transactions and enter your card details in the app for a successful transaction. The bank will send an OTP to your registered mobile number to complete the transaction. If you don't remember your registered mobile number or the account was opened by the company, contact the bank first to register your own account to receive an OTP.

Top up using the Bank Transfer Option
You can also use the bank transfer option to top up your Hubpay wallet. First, you need to register your account details, including your IBAN number that starts with AE. Then, our corporate bank account will be displayed on the app, and you can initiate a local transfer from your online banking account (mobile/web). Your top-up will reflect in your Hubpay wallet as soon as we receive the funds from your account. Please note that local transfer fees may apply, typically AED1-2 + VAT. You can also provide us with a reference number to help us quickly track your payment through email or the support center on the app.
