If you are living with someone and do not have a proof of address document in your name, a document such as a tenancy contract or utility bill in the name of the person you live with may be accepted as proof of address. If you choose to submit such a document, you can send it to us as an attachment at help@hubpay.ae and include the document holder in the email.
